Before your appointment

1. CONFIRM EMPLOYER AUTHORIZATION
Ask HR to designate us as its authorized representative. Obtain the current Form I-9 or portal invitation, employer instructions, your start date, and the return method before your appointment.

2. COMPLETE SECTION 1
Complete and sign the employee section after accepting the job offer and no later than your first day of work for pay. Follow your employer’s onboarding instructions.

3. BRING YOUR CHOSEN DOCUMENTS
Choose acceptable documentation from List A, or List B plus List C. Bring originals; USCIS permits certain exceptions, including certified birth-certificate copies, qualifying receipts, and some extensions. Ask HR about special circumstances. We do not choose documents for you.
